Yoga Class Descriptions
Multi Level Yoga - 60 minutes
Yoga experience helpful, not required. New Students, Experienced and Seasoned Students
Clients must be able to get up and down from the floor multiple times, and have no acute injuries.
Link powerful breath with dynamic, flowing movements through Sun Salutations. Perform long holds in postures incresing strength. Play with inversion postures! Yoga cultivates strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, focus, serenity and much more. This challenging practice will transform you from the inside out.
Minors must have a waiver signed by a Parent or Legal Guardian
